May 19: Mental Health & Burnout (with IGCC)
Each Thursday, we invite you to grab a mug, sit down at your computer and join fellow members to discuss relevant topics related to gift cards at 10:30 CT / 11:30 ET.
The RGCA invites IGCC members to join in this coffee break! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and burnout is becoming increasingly common. Burnout is defined as the experience of emotional and physical exhaustion due to chronic stress in the workplace. We’ll share ideas and experiences on how to combat burnout, how return to office is impacting mental health, and how relationships (personal and professional) have changed over the last few years. The discussion will be led by Abby Teigland and Anne Jetter from our joint DEI Advisory Board.
We're looking forward to connecting with you! If you have questions, please contact us. Members can access the call-in information via the link below.
