HOW TO GET HELP OR REPORT A SCAM

There is strength in numbers! That's why the RGCA actively partners with government agencies and law enforcement to detect and prevent fraud related to gift cards. If you think someone is trying to scam you, or that you've fallen victim to a scam, these organizations want to hear from you.

Report any scams, fraud, or bad business practices to the FTC who shares reports with the appropriate law enforcement agencies to investigate. 

Department of Justice National Elder Fraud Hotline 1-833-FRAUD-11   |   (833-372-8311)
This is a free resource created by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Office for Victims of Crime for people to report fraud against anyone age 60 or older.

Report any issues here that involve taxes information or payments.  

FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
The IC3 focuses on collecting cyber-enabled crime and is run by the FBI, the lead federal agency for investigating crime. 

Better Business Bureau (BBB) Scam Tracker
This reporting tool for tracking scams help contribute to BBB reports and educational outreach.
