RGCA Forum 2021

2021 RGCA Forum Agenda

Since March of 2019, the closed-loop gift card industry has only assembled in virtual spaces. Today, there’s a profound need to gather gift card industry stakeholders in person to nurture the relationships that propel our industry forward. That’s why this year's Forum agenda will include special opportunities for networking, discussion, and collaboration, all the while presenting un-matchable education sessions and keynotes for attendees seeking actionable industry insights.

Unmissable content from industry leaders covers topics such as:
· Fraud impacts and trends
· Demonstrating the value of your gift card program
· eCommerce and digital transformation
· Gift card trends and innovations
· Legislative and regulatory updates
· Consumer research
· Much more

Through spontaneous meetings, Q and As and social activities, this year’s agenda also leaves ample space for all attendees to engage with peers and partners. At the 2021 RGCA Forum, the floor is yours!

The Forum schedule is still being finalized and is subject to change. Please check back for more details on session topics and speakers as they become available.

All times are in Eastern.
