    First Data’s Prepaid Consumer Insights Study Highlights Value of Gift Cards as “Branded Currency” in the U.K.

    Study found that 74% of U.K. consumers, on average, spend £41 more than the original value of the gift card they receive.  Results showed that U.K. consumers spent 38% of their annual gifting budget on gift cards.  View the press release on this study here.
