Rebekka Rea

With over 15 years experience in the prepaid industry, Rebekka Rea is a gift card veteran. Her experience in prepaid began at Gadzooks where she helped spearhead their transition from paper gift certificates to gift cards and launched them into the incentive space. Rebekka was then recruited to build the gift card reward channels for incentive companies Incent One and Globoforce where she developed a network of hundreds of merchants both domestically and internationally.
In 2005, Rebekka joined Blackhawk Network, a leading provider of 3rd party gift card programs which subsequently led to a Senior Business Development role at Incomm. In 2008, Rebekka launched Innovative Prepaid Solutions, LLC which offers consulting, program management, business development and product launch support.

Throughout her career, Rebekka has held various board and committee positions with the Incentive Marketing Association, (IMA), and Incentive Gift Card Council, (IGCC) including Vice President of Education, and Membership Director. Her role as the Executive Director of the Retail Gift Card Association allows Rebekka to leverage her skills and relationships to help shape the gift card industry in ways that benefit the industry; consumers and member programs.
